Natalie Gold
President and Closing Associate
Natalie has over 18 years of experience in the title and real estate industries. Clients can trust Natalie is the best professional for the job; bringing her knowledge and expertise to every transaction. Prior to starting Rocky Mountain Title Company, Natalie served as Senior VP at Default Resolution Network, a division of Fidelity National Financial. She was also a Closing Associate at Land Title and a Sales Representative at Equity Title. Natalie has also been a Realtor for several years, giving her a clear understanding of a real estate agents perspective during a transaction. She is a team player to the very core and will stop at nothing to ensure her clients are satisfied and supported. Her husband, Robert is a local realtor and together they have four active boys. In her spare time, you will find her cheering on all her boys at their sporting events each week.

Connie Carlson
Senior Closing Assistant
With over 32 years of experience in the real estate and title industries, Connie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Born and raised in a small town north of Pittsburgh, PA, she is a proud Pittsburgh Steeler fan. Connie has a daughter who serves as a Captain in the Air Force, a stepdaughter, and five beloved grandchildren. In her spare time, she volunteers at a local pet shelter and actively participates in a foundation committee that supports local foster children. Connie's husband is retired, and together they enjoy motorcycle riding and spending quality time with their friends and family. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth transaction for our customers is unparalleled.

Amber J. Zirneklis-Pak
Closing Assistant
Amber is from California, but has lived in several other states over the years. She lives in Parker, she loves Colorado and she will stay here for good. A mom of 2 biological daughters, 2 foster daughters, and also a furmom of 3 dogs. Amber loves to get together with friends on her spare time. She is in the industry for over 30 years and is now a closer at Rocky Mountain Title. With her years of experience, our clients can rely on her expertise to ensure the smoothest real estate experience.

Marissa Adrian
Closing Assistant
Marissa is a Colorado Native, born and raised in Littleton. She has been happily married for 11 years and has 3 amazing boys. Her Title journey began in 2012 when she started at Land Title as a Closing Assistant. She worked in that role for 8 years and decided to part ways to stay home with her 2 youngest sons. Her family moved from Castle Rock to Grand Junction last summer for a great promotion with her husband's job and they absolutely love it here! She is so grateful to have the opportunity to work with Natalie and her team at Rocky Mountain to continue her journey in the title business!
